Sara Howard, Chief of Staff, brings extensive operational experience to Talley, having spent over a decade driving excellence in academic chief-of-staff roles in Colorado and Minnesota. Sara leverages her strategic mindset to excel in managing complex projects, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Sara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is a Chief of Staff Association member and serves on alumni and social change boards at the University of Minnesota.

A resident of Minnesota, she enjoys spending time with her partner, Jim, and their two children, Sophia and Emmeline, fostering their appreciation for the natural world.
