Marsha Flood, Associate Director of Outsourced Client Accounting, joined Talley in March of 2022. In her previous roles, she worked as the controller for a prestigious insurance agency in Haddonfield and a Delaware CPA firm in their outsourced accounting division. Marsha provides daily support for Talley’s outsourced accounting clients, monthly financial reporting and review, and assist with annual budget development and work alongside outside CPA firms for client annual audits.

Marsha graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management. She returned home to New Jersey after college to begin her career. She resides in Mickleton, NJ with her husband and two children, Liam and Chloe. She is a member of the Wicked Warriors of East Greenwich, an organization comprised of more than 250 women from the East Greenwich community who host various events and fundraising efforts that benefit local charities in southern New Jersey. In her downtime, Marsha can be found at kids’ sporting events, spending time with her large extended family or enjoying camping and the beaches in the Cape May area.
