Maria A Ramos, CMP, Director of Meetings and Events, has over 20 years in the meetings industry and has produced events, meetings, and conventions spanning the social, medical, and association industries. Known for her extensive project management experience, Maria has systematically created custom planning strategies for her clients. Her expertise is in creating and implementing standard operating logistical procedures and for events. Now as director, she leads a talented team of planners to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University where she concentrated in Marketing and Business Management. She earned her certified meeting professional designation in 2007. Maria’s background in meeting management has earned her accolades from the Philadelphia Area Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (PAMPI) as meeting planner of the year. She also served on the board of directors as Vice President of Education for PAMPI.

A servant leader in her community and network, Maria, herself, has held several volunteer roles throughout the years as a member of several non-profit organizations. In her spare time, she can be found on the ballroom dance floor or exploring the world by sailing the high seas. Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, Maria is also known as the resident ‘dance mom’ to her daughter, Jacquelyn, and ‘tri-wife’ to her triathlete husband, Ron.
