Frank Mortl III Joins Talley as Executive Director of International Association for Energy Economics
Mt. Royal, NJ – February 14, 2023 – Talley Management Group, Inc. (Talley) is proud to announce the appointment of Frank Mortl III, CAE as the Executive Director of the International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE). Frank brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, having worked on behalf of numerous associations over the past 25 years.
As the Executive Director of IAEE, Frank will be responsible for leading the organization's mission to advance the understanding of energy economics and its impact on global economies. He will work closely with the IAEE Board of Directors and members to expand the organization's reach, develop new programs and initiatives, and promote the importance of energy economics to policy makers and industry leaders.
Frank has a proven track record of success in nonprofit management, having held a variety of leadership positions at nonprofit organizations. He has a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing the energy sector and the role that energy economics plays in shaping its future. “I am excited to support energy sector initiatives during a dynamic time in IAEE’s history,” said Frank. “Organizational leadership shares my goals of identifying benchmarks and sustainable deliverables that will drive strategic facilitation, board governance, and the achievement of mission driven results.”

Frank is an alumnus of Michigan State University and the Michigan State University College of Law, and has received his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
