Jen Gregory, MBA, CMP, DES, Senior Meetings & Programs Manager, is a destination and events consultant with eleven years of experience in the economic development and tourism sectors. She has worked alongside associations, start-ups, and government agencies to reach operations, engagement, and revenue goals.

Jen began her career at Empire State Development, New York State’s economic development agency, utilizing grants, loans, and tax credits to increase and maintain jobs in New York. Most recently, she worked for two Destination Marketing Organizations, proudly bringing $78.6M+ in conferences to Buffalo and Niagara Falls, USA.

She earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2018, holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Recreation Management, and a Masters of Business Administration. A Former NFL Cheerleader for the Buffalo Bills and Disney College Program Graduate, Jen is now an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association, Project Management Institute, and American Society of Association Executives. When not planning her next trip, she is reading about regeneration and experimenting with Instant Pot recipes.
